Edoardo Zollo

  •  Supervisor for psychotherapists / counsellors

Are you feeling a bit stuck in your therapy?

Let’s be honest for a moment. Being a therapist is deeply rewarding, but it can also be incredibly isolating and overwhelming. Do any of these sound familiar?

The Mindset:

  • Are you secretly battling imposter syndrome
  • Feeling impatience with a client?

The Business:

  • Are you feeling the pressure to “deliver” because they are paying you?
  • Are you terrified to raise your fees in case you lose your clients?

The Mechanics:

  • If you work with couples, are you constantly doubting?
  • Is it 60 minutes or 90? Do I see them one-to-one first? Weekly or bi-weekly?

The Chaos:

  • Is your mind feeling scattered in the room?
  • Are you drowning in invoices and calendar mishaps?

If you’re asking yourself these questions… I’d love to invite you into a different kind of supervision.

Who I Am & How I Work

I’m 52 years old, and I’ve been a therapist for 19 years. For the last 4 years, I’ve been working as a supervisor, running both in-person and online groups, as well as supervising Diploma and Master’s level students at a charity placement. In nearly two decades, I’ve seen and heard a lot—specialising heavily in trauma and addictions.

Originally from Italy but a long-time UK resident, my style is a bit direct, but always with a ‘please’. I won’t beat around the bush, but I will always hold space for you with absolute respect.

The ADHD Factor

I was diagnosed with ADHD long before it became a social media trend. I know exactly what it’s like to fight a scattered mind while trying to stay present for a client. Over the years, I’ve built great structures and practical tips to keep my business running and my mind focused. I want to share those with you.

Supervision

Should be a safe harbour, not another place where you feel judged. If you’re looking for a supervisor who understands the clinical depths, the business anxieties, and the neurodivergent brain, let’s talk.
