In my nineteen years as a therapist, I have had the privilege of meeting thousands of people, listening to their stories, and learning so much from each of them.
I genuinely enjoy sitting down with clients to learn about their challenges. I work with addictions, trauma, depression, anxiety, sex, anger, loneliness, frustration, love, and relationships. When you allow me the opportunity to listen to your struggles or suffering, I will try my best to help you face your demons.
My approach is the fruit of 19 years of experience working with clients. I completed my studies here in London, where I also completed my internship at a clinic in Soho specialising in the treatment of drug, alcohol, gambling, and sex addictions.
I regularly attend training courses and personal therapy sessions.
So, if you’re ready to get to know yourself better, you’ve definitely come to the right place.

Evening sessions are available until 10pm on Mondays and Wednesdays. Online sessions may also be possible on other days—please ask me about this when you get in touch.
How do you book the first couples therapy session?
The first session is dedicated to getting to know each other and understanding together what brings you to seek therapy so that we can determine how to proceed with the therapeutic process.
Are the sessions also available online?
Yes, I offer both online and in-person sessions in London.
How long does therapy last?
It varies depending on the individual and couples and the goals: some sessions are short and targeted, while others are longer. We discuss this right from the first meeting.
Are my sessions covered by health insurance?
Yes, I am a recognized provider with BUPA, VitalityHealth, Aviva, and Allianz Partners. I recommend checking the specific details of your coverage with your insurer.
