For couples
With a strong background in couples counselling and over 19 years of experience helping individuals, I am here to support you in addressing the difficulties you are experiencing in your relationship.
I can help you in several areas, including:
- communication and differences
- sex and ageing
- conflicts
- dealing with affairs
- cultural differences, including Italian and British couples
Couples therapy is a bit different from individual therapy.
I will take a more direct approach; we will do practical exercises during the session, and I will assign you exercises to work on at home.
A successful relationship is a beautiful journey, but it's constantly evolving and requires ongoing effort!
If you aspire to absolute control, complete trust, and total happiness without commitment, perhaps single life is the most suitable choice.
What I can offer
- Couple session in person
- Couple session online
- session 90 minutes

How do you book the first couples therapy session?
You can book an initial session by contacting me directly via the form on the website or by email. The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other, understand what brings you to therapy, and discuss how to proceed.
How much does a couples therapy session cost?
A couples session costs £200, whether in person at one of the two locations or online.
Is couples therapy available online or only in person?
I offer both online and in-person sessions in London, so you can choose the format that best suits your situation.
How long does couples therapy last?
The duration varies according to the couple's needs — some couples find benefit in a few targeted sessions, others prefer a longer path. We talk about it together from the first session.
Is couples therapy confidential?
Yes. Everything shared during the session remains strictly confidential, in accordance with the profession's code of ethics.
