Evening sessions are available until 10pm on Mondays and Wednesdays. Online sessions may also be possible on other days—please ask me about this when you get in touch.

How much does a couples therapy session cost?
An individual session is £95 in person at the Holborn branch, £80 in person at the Finchley Central branch, or £75 online.
Are my sessions covered by health insurance?
Yes, I am a recognised provider with BUPA, VitalityHealth, Aviva, and Allianz Partners. I recommend checking the specific details of your coverage with your insurer.
How long do the sessions last?
- Individual sessions last 50 minutes, and couples sessions last 90 minutes.
Is a referral from a GP required to get started?
No. You do not need a referral from your GP, nor do you need approval from your insurance provider. The first step is a free introductory call, so we can determine together whether I am the right therapist for you.
Where do the sessions take place?
Available in person at Holborn and Finchley Central, or online. The days and times for each location are indicated in the sections above.

I am an accredited member (MNCPS Acc.) of National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society, a register accredited by the Professional Standards Authority. I am also recognised by the same organisation as an Approved Supervisor (registration number NCS21-02681).
