With 17 years of experience working with individual clients here in London, I bring a wealth of practical knowledge to our sessions. My core approach is Person Centred and, through ongoing professional development, I now integrate elements of integrative modalities and Gestalt therapy in my practice. This rich background of experience allows me to understand and support therapists working with diverse approaches.

My commitment to continuous learning is reflected in my recent achievement of the Advanced Certificate in Clinical Supervision Including Online and Telephone Working – Ottobre 2023, which includes 180 hours of CPD. This qualification ensures that I am equipped to provide effective supervision in various settings, including the evolving landscape of online and telephone therapy.

In addition to individual work, I actively facilitate the growth of therapists through group supervision. I currently lead two supervision groups in person in London, each composed of six therapists from diverse modalities, fostering a rich and dynamic learning environment. Furthermore, I lead an online supervision group.

I have a strong passion for helping the next generation of therapists by providing supervision to students of level 4. Furthermore, I work with a charity local organisation, which allows me to support their volunteer therapists.

Why Supervision? For Me, It Means Sharing and Growth

My decision to become supervisor stems from a deep desire to share the valuable lessons I've learned throughout my career. I believe I've gained a unique perspective through years of practice and am passionate about empowering emerging therapists to find their footing and thrive in their professional lives.

There is immense satisfaction in seeing a therapist gain confidence, develop their skills, and ultimately become the best version of themselves. I sincerely believe that, in my own small way, I can contribute to the growth of colleagues.
