How do you book the first therapy session?
The first session is dedicated to getting to know each other and understanding together what brings you to seek therapy so that we can determine how to proceed with the therapeutic process.
Are the sessions also available online?
Yes, I offer both online and in-person sessions in London.
How much does a therapy session cost?
An individual session is £95 in person at the Holborn branch, £80 in person at the Finchley Central branch, or £75 online.
How long does therapy last?
It varies depending on the individual and couples and the goals: some sessions are short and targeted, while others are longer. We discuss this right from the first meeting.
What difficulties do you most often work with?
Anxiety, expat stress, addictions, trauma, self-esteem, and relationship difficulties are among the areas I work with most frequently.
Are there different rates for addiction therapy?
No, addiction sessions follow the same rates as individual psychotherapy: £95 for in-person sessions in Holborn, £80 for in-person sessions in Finchley Central, or £75 online. There are no packages or discounted rates available, but sessions may be covered by BUPA, VitalityHealth, Aviva, or Allianz Partners, depending on your insurance plan. Before starting, a free 15-minute introductory call is available to discuss the most suitable approach together.
Do you work with people who have issues with addiction?
Yes, I work in individual sessions with adults who have problems with alcohol and sex. Here, I explain how I work and how the first session functions: alcohol and sex addiction in London: How to ask for help. / sex addiction
I’m afraid to start therapy; what should I expect?
It is completely normal to feel nervous about starting a therapy journey. You don't have to have clear ideas about everything nor be ready to tell every detail right away: the first step is a short 15-minute free fact-finding call, designed precisely to take the pressure off you and understand together, without obligation, whether I am the most suitable therapist for you. From there, you proceed at your own pace.
